The QC-S300 Collator features an advanced color touch screen operation panel and programming features that can be found commonly on more expensive suction feed collators. The modular design of the system enables this 10 station collator to expand to 20 or even 30 bins and can be accessorized with the PS-P61 Corner Stapler and SPF9/FC-9 and F40 Booklemakers. The QC-S300's full-color touch-screen operator control makes production fast, easy and reliable. Advanced features such as cover/tab insertion, preset stop, split-tower programming (for double-bin capacity) and continuous operation make this one of the most versatile friction-feed collators available. Split-tower programming automatically divides the number of feed bins by two, allowing one set of bins to be feeding while the second is being loaded. When any bin becomes empty, the feeding automatically switches over to the second set of feed bins for continuous and efficient operation.
